This talk aims to discuss the evolution of how we work today and the threats that come along with it. Hybrid work forces and technologies lead to hybrid threats and more challenges. How do we prevent these in real time, rather than after the fact? The speed at which we have had to adapt to business requirements and technological advancements, mean that we are evolving at a pace, which sees us more vulnerable than ever. With an explosion of data, cloud technologies, remote work becoming more prevalent and users having more avenues to create and share data, the perimeter is no longer a clear defined line. It is blurry and we cannot rely solely on the technologies of yesterday. A new approach is necessary. One that puts the human in the centre. One that can give end to end visibility, consistently trains the user to be thoughtful and one that can react in real-time before the damage is done. At Ava we are proactively tackling these challenges on a daily basis. Aiming to make the complex simple, to automate resource intensive tasks and to prevent threats in real-time before they become incidences.
