In addition to the basic functionalities of the ownCloud Community Edition, the Enterprise Edition contains extra features and includes comprehensive customer support. The ownCloud Enterprise Edition can be set up in your own data center, in a managed cloud environment or as a hybrid model. With the ownCloud Enterprise Edition, our customers receive a commercial license for the core and enterprise modules of ownCloud and can thus make changes to their ownCloud instance or add extensions in a secure and confidential environment. Additional services such as a deployment package, individualized branding for the clients or health checks can be added. Our customer support is available for our enterprise customers from Monday to Friday in a 12 hour period central European time and we guarantee a response time of two hours. For software downloads, manuals and support case handling, Enterprise Edition customers get access to our customer portal.
