About us

SECURITYMADEIN.LU is mandated:

-To provide awareness services and tools, "cyber" risk analysis methods and tools, promoting informed governance and the dissemination of best practices in information security, managed by its CASES department ("Cyberworld Awareness and Services ").
Within the framework of the European "Cybersecurity Act" regulation, CASES provides a certification service dedicated to the private sector, with a view to improving the maturity of the Luxembourg and European economic fabric.

-To act as a center for collecting, aggregating and sharing information on threats, vulnerabilities and protective measures by providing tools, community leadership, best practices, exchange standards, ontologies and taxonomies as well than data, for a wide range of communities and sectors. This center, managed by the CIRCL department (“Computer Incident Response Center Luxembourg”), is the reliable and trusted point of contact for all users, companies and organizations based in Luxembourg in the event of an IT attack or incident and point of contact for the notification of incidents within the framework of the “NIS” directive.

-To support through its C3 department ("Cybersecurity Competence Center"),
• the long-term development of skills and the strengthening of individual and collective capacities, in terms of cybersecurity, of all players in the Luxembourg economic fabric.
• the management of a cybersecurity "data space" providing relevant information according to an ontology and a taxonomy promoting collaboration and the creation of business models.
• the establishment of a due diligence service for the evaluation of the products, services and processes of "start-ups".
• the establishment of the national center within the framework of the future European regulation “European Cybersecurity Competence Center”.

-To manage the CYBERSECURITY Luxembourg initiative created with the objective of bringing together cybersecurity players present in Luxembourg.
