Obsidio is a Swiss cybersecurity company based in Zug. We test whether online services withstand a real DDoS attack. Instead of sending traffic from a few data centres, Obsidio generates load from its own decentralised network of more than 300'000 real devices in over 175 countries, so the test behaves exactly like a real, globally distributed attack.

Every test is authorised via DNS proof of ownership, follows the customer’s parameters and is fully reversible. Attacks can be configured across Layer 3, 4 and 7. The result is a signed, cryptographically attested report showing at what volume the defence holds and what gives way first, ready for auditors, regulators and the board.
