Session description
The presentation explains the cybersecurity requirements for AI systems and generative AI under the AI Act, distinguishes them from other cybersecurity regulations such as the Cybersecurity Act (CRA), the NIS-1 and NIS-2 Directives and the Cyber Resilience Act (CRA) and places them in context. The IT security regulations of the GDPR are then compared with the cybersecurity regulations of the AI Act. After presenting selected examples of cyberattacks against AI solutions, the core regulations essential for a cybersecurity governance structure under the AI Act and the GDPR are outlined.
