The panel will explore how to strengthen technical and financial support for European Union Institutions, Bodies and Agencies (EUIBAs), National Competent Authorities (NCAs), and entities covered by the NIS2 Directive. It is anchored in a key policy recommendation from the State of the Cybersecurity of the Union report, which calls for:
