A cyberdome is a “security shield” against cyberattacks. Each attack requires just one piece of code (itWatch presentation it-sa 2021) that can shut down your entire IT - regardless of the reason for the attack. Spill-over from global crisis situations, ransomware attacks to get your money, accidental, widespread attempts or very targeted APTs. The attacks hide in new incoming data, such as: Downloads, cloud storage, URL drive-by, email attachments, mobile disks, connected IoT devices, communicating applications or software patches. No type of data is secure from attacking elements. Images, videos, XML files, e-invoices or Office documents - malicious code can be hidden anywhere.
