The Infrafon CC2 replaces legacy pager systems with a programmable smart badge that doubles as a secure credential. Two secure elements host any Java Card applets and smart card protocols, which the badge deploys over NFC and Bluetooth. This lets organizations use the same device for passwordless login (FIDO2), identity and access management, physical access control and secure documentation. At the same time, staff can trigger localized duress alerts and receive real-time messages. WiFi, BLE and NFC (optional LoRa) come in a single operator-managed device, so end users need no app and no configuration.
