New features at it-sa 365 - All changes at a glance!
With these release notes we will inform you regularly about new features, changes and general further developments of the platform.
We'll start with a look back at the year 2021 and the optimizations for easier contacting as well as additional options for the search function.

Direct contact via user profiles
You would like to contact a user without detours? You're welcome!
In addition to the "Make an appointment" function, you can now also exchange messages directly with other registered users. You can find the button in the person profile of your chosen conversation partner.New reply option and automatic notifications
In their own profile, users can see their new messages at a glance and can easily reply to them.
To make sure you don't miss anything, we also inform you about incoming messages once a day by email.
Optimization of the calendar and appointment function
We have also taken user feedback into account when adapting the calendar function. For example, we made adjustments to the legend and the preselected date, and improved the general user guidance when selecting appointments.
Good to know: To use these features, you must be registered and logged in to the platform.
New search and filter options
Do you want to search specifically in individual areas?
Within the areas such as Actions Area, Companies, Knowledge, you can now find exactly the content you are interested in even more easily thanks to an additional full-text search.
Would you like to further refine your search results?
Use the corresponding filter options. The filters you have set are displayed by the further development and can also be deselected again with a simple click.
