Cyber attacks are increasingly less of a technical nature and more of a psychologically orchestrated attack. This presentation will show how attackers use psychological strategies and techniques to exploit the vulnerabilities of individuals and organisations. The ability to manipulate people has become a powerful weapon that cybercriminals are constantly developing. Innovations in this area allow attackers to create ever more sophisticated and convincing attacks. At the same time, the use of artificial intelligence makes it possible to significantly increase both the quantity and quality of attacks.  If we want to overcome this massive threat, we need to understand the psychology of the attack and use psychological mechanisms to promote sustainable secure behaviour.
