As an exhibitor of the past it-sa, you can register directly in your personal exhibitor area and book your stand for it-sa Expo&Congress 2026! The stand information from your last exhibition participation is automatically available there. You received the login data by e-mail when you registered for your stand in 2025.For first time exhibitors
Are you interested in participating in the trade fair and have not yet taken part in it-sa Expo&Congress, or did you participate more than three years ago? Then use our online stand registration for new exhibitors at it-sa Expo&Congress 2026. After your stand registration, you will receive the login data for your personal exhibitor area with the stand space confirmation and can manage your trade show appearance there.Co-exhibitors
Exhibitors who have already registered can register their co-exhibitors at it-sa Expo&Congress directly in the exhibitor area.
The co-exhibitor fee is EUR 1,540 per co-exhibitor on your stand.

Rental price in exhibition halls per started m² stand space- EUR 409 up to 30 m²
- Each additional m²:
- EUR 256 In-line stand (1 side open)
- EUR 284 Corner stand (2 sides open)
- EUR 322 Peninsula stand (3 sides open)
- EUR 349 Island stand (4 sides open)
Additional obligatory costs
- Marketing-Services for direct exhibitors: EUR 410
- AUMA (Association of the German Trade Fair Industry): EUR 0.60 per m²
- Waste diposal during assembly, dismantling and event: EUR 6.40 per m²
- Company & Product Package on the digital platform it-sa 365: EUR 1,060
