A wide variety of materials and prefabricated products are used within the supply chain of manufacturing companies today. Some products with corresponding vulnerabilities are also used, and the corresponding materials are often subject to critical evaluation (country of origin, etc.). Therefore, the topic of supply chain security is an important component of any management system.
