Security awareness is considered one of the key factors for cyber resilience. Between exaggerated expectations, common myths, and the reality of effective routines, there is an area of tension that we would like to highlight in this panel. The focus will be on best practices, challenges, and innovative approaches to anchoring awareness in organizations in the long term. Women4Cyber at it-sa 2025 aims to spark women's interest in IT security, raise awareness among employers of the potential of more women, and make female role models in IT security more visible.
