Time for professional IT security

Policy-makers, security agencies and active economy stakeholders must therefore collaborate even more closely when it comes to putting the respective defences in place.

Literally every company in Germany can fall victim to the theft of IT equipment or data, espionage or sabotage. These assaults are mostly launched by criminals and government-backed attackers, and frequently from Russia and China – and they are becoming increasingly more professional. Policy-makers, security agencies and active economy stakeholders must therefore collaborate even more closely when it comes to putting the respective defences in place, and making the necessary investments into the IT security of the companies.
