During the talk we will discover the openXeco platform and the various community features that helped Luxembourg to foster and federate the national Cybersecurity ecosystem.

Further we will take a look at the decentralised nature of openXeco and how we are now using the platform cross sector and cross border.

With the open question whether it matters that openXeco is free and open source software. Does this motivate people to not only contribute to the ecosystem itself but also to the underlying software project?
