Stand construction
With an exhibition stand perfectly tailored to your needs, you can best present your products and services at it-sa Expo&Congress. We support you in this process: with individual advice and comprehensive services.
Simply configure your complete rental stand or design your individual stand online! Alternatively, you can also plan your stand with your own stand construction company. We will be happy to provide you with the desired stand equipment and services, which you can conveniently book online.
Exhibitor area | Technical equipment & logistics
Do you need water, electricity or compressed air at your stand? Do you need security personnel or have questions about customs clearance? Or would you like to welcome your visitors with attractive furniture and exquisite catering? You can book all the equipment and services for your trade fair presentation online in your personal exhibitor area. There you will find further information and all prices.
You can book the desired services in good time for the next it-sa Expo&Congress.
Assembly & Dismantling 2025
Assembly
- Saturday, 4 October 2025: 07:00 - 22:00
- Sunday, 5 October 2025: 07:00 - 22:00
- Monday, 6 October 2025: 07:00 - 20:00
Note: Early set-up is possible and can be booked via the personal exhibitor area in the online ExhibitorShop.
Dismantling

Access to loading yards from 19:00 - Friday, 10 October 2025: 07:00 - 19:00
- Saturday, 11 October 2025: 07:00 - 19:00
On the last day of the exhibition, vehicles cannot enter the loading yards from 13:00 until approx. 2 hours after the end of the exhibition due to the delivery of empties by the exhibition forwarding agents.
IMPORTANT: Please book time slots for loading and unloading your vehicles via the digital trade fair logistics system TransItFair.
The organizer will be entitled to use for another purpose any exhibition areas on which assembly has not yet begun by 3:00 p.m. of the last assembly day, Monday, 6 October 2025. In this case, the organizer will have the right to charge the resulting costs to the exhibitor.
Access to the halls during assembly and dismantling times is only permittedondisplay of special passes, which are not valid during the exhibition.
Important notice: Please note that smoking is generally prohibited in the entire exhibition halls. Smoking is only permitted in specially marked areas.

The it-sa Expo&Congress has moved to new halls located next to the modern NürnbergConvention Center East.Here you will find the current detailed technical plans of the exhibition halls 6, 7, 7A, 8 and 9 for your trade fair construction, as well as the hall overview and the hall legends for download.
