Travel by train
- High-speed trains like the ICE and national and international long-distance trains like the IC and EC connect the Nuremberg Central Train Station with all of Germany and Europe; train tickets and timetables are available at Deutsche Bahn
- Direct transfer at the Central Train Station: Take Underground Line 1 toward "Langwasser Süd" for about eight minutes to the "Messe" stop; Zone A single ticket or Day Ticket (recommended if you expect multiple trips)

Travel by plane
Nuremberg Airport has numerous direct flights all over Europe and to the major European air hubs. Intercontinental flights out of Frankfurt and Munich Airports are easily accessible via connecting flights or ICE.
The Albrecht Dürer Airport has had it as a major objective to enable people with disabilities to travel completely without barriers.

Travel from the airport to the Exhibition Center by underground
Direct transfer to Underground trains: Take Underground Line U2 from the "Airport" station towards "Nürnberg Röthenbach"; Zone A single ticket or Day Ticket (recommended if you expect multiple trips).
All you need is one change at the Central Train Station to Underground Line U1 towards "Langwasser Süd"; total travel time around 25 minutes from the "Airport" station to "Messe"
Our tip: Buy your ticket in advance online in the VGN Online Shop or the VGN App and avoid waiting times at ticket machines.
Travel from the airport to the Exhibition Center by taxi
You can take a taxi from the airport to the Exhibition Centre any time; the trip takes about 25 minutes.

LiftsOur entire fairground is accessible. Facilities at higher levels can be easily reached via our lifts.

Operation Center: First aid and medical support, police
In our Operation Centre near the central entrance, you will find a first aid station run by the BRK (Bavarian Red Cross), police and freely accessible bathroom facilities.
In the event of an emergency at the exhibition centre, our SecurityControlUnit is available to help.

RestroomsWashrooms and toilets are located at the Central (Operation Centre), East and West entrances, in all service areas between the halls and at NCC East. The wheelchair-accessible sanitary facilities on the exhibition grounds are freely available.

Free wheelchair hire
You have the option of borrowing a wheelchair for your visit from BRK.
- Normal wheelchair, free on presentation of ID card
- Electric wheelchair, 1st day € 100.00, each additional day € 50.00.
Please contact the BRK at least 14 days before visit. For more short-notice enquiries, please telephone BRK directly.
Handover location at the exhibition centre can be agreed with BRK on a case-by-case basis.
