Artificial intelligence, and in particular GPT models, are now almost socially acceptable. But is AI already capable of independently developing complex new types of malware, or even independently planning and executing cyber-attacks on companies? This presentation will explore the impact of AI on cybersecurity. It will examine the risks of AI-based cyber-attacks as well as the opportunities for defensive strategies. The presentation will consider current technological developments and present their legal implications, taking into account technological, strategic and ethical aspects.
