Security awareness alone no longer sufficiently protects companies today, and an annual e-learning course certainly doesn’t either. Successful companies take the next step: they build a security culture that is deeply embedded in the attitudes and daily actions of their employees.
However, a sustainable security culture can only thrive when security is viewed not merely as a technical issue, but as a human responsibility. The aim is to instill an awareness mindset at every level of the organization – from top management to every individual employee. Only when everyone actively contributes to a security culture, and security becomes a natural part of daily work rather than an inconvenient additional task, can a company achieve long-term protection.
