For digitalization and AI to be more than just buzzwords in the cybersecurity industry, technical development alone is not enough. Rather, the right conditions for the use of digital and, in particular, AI-based tools must be created at the organizational level. The design of processes is essential here, as is the generation and evaluation of suitable ideas for implementation.

The short workshop shows start-ups and SMEs in the cybersecurity industry in particular how digitalization aimed at functional and value-adding AI can be achieved with the help of process analysis, design, and use cases.
