In the last years Andy Schneider modernized the Cyber Security in the largest private media company of Switzerland that includes traditional media, digital marketplace companies and the ventures activities of TX Group that mainly focused on Fintech and Insurtech. He now acts as Field CISO EMEA of Lacework to help other companies on their journey to modernize their Cyber Security stack. This includes shifting away from traditional SOCs to a decentralized security organizations, less hierarchical security and removing the traditional perimeter and boundaries with DevSecOps, Zero Trust, Cloud Native Security, User Focused Security and Modern/Agile Risk Management.
