CAST Promotion Award IT Security 2023
Since 2001, CAST e.V. has annually awarded the IT Security Promotion Prize 2023 to authors of outstanding theses in the field of IT security.

Session description
Innovative ideas, interesting results, new perspectives and approaches that address current and relevant topics in IT security are sought.
The promotional prize is awarded in the following categories.
- Category 1: Master's and diploma theses (universities, colleges and vocational academies)
- Category 2: Bachelor's theses and student research projects (universities, colleges and universities of cooperative education)
Up to 6 theses (3 theses per category) will be nominated for the IT Security Promotion Award 2023 from the available submissions.
The final of the CAST IT Security Award 2023 will take place this year for the first time on 9 October at Congress@it-sa in Nuremberg.
