When a cybersecurity incident occurs, things can quickly become hectic. It helps to have the right procedures in place and to have practiced them under realistic conditions. Using a fictional incident scenario, the CSBW prepares municipalities and the state administration, together with their crisis management teams, for potential cyberattacks.
