This ranges from the realization of customized IT infrastructures and cloud services to the takeover of IT operations by the company's own service and support organization (24x7). Concat also operates its own infrastructures in highly-secure data centers in Germany, which are certified according to ISO 9001 and 27001.

The head office is located in Bensheim; there are 14 other locations throughout Germany. In the 2024/2025 fiscal year, around 375 employees generated revenues of 191 million Euros.

Concat has been part of Meridian Group International Inc. in the USA since 2006.
