This is followed by a brief description of the legal situation and the procedural options and difficulties for ensuring business continuity in such cases. The presentation ends with an explanation of the essential 5 points to be considered when entering into agreements for the use of data which are outsourced to a cloud application. The importance of hyperscalers is also discussed and it is shown why these five points should be part of any compliance management in order to ensure business continuity.
