Everything is encrypted, work comes to a standstill: If a company has been attacked, our incident response experts move out.
To get you started in this workshop, they will give you a first-hand look at what to do in an emergency - using the flowchart of an incident in accordance with BSI Standard 100-4.
But what can companies do to prevent it from getting that far in the first place? In our operations, we repeatedly find that damage could have been significantly reduced or even prevented. The main topic of this workshop is what our experience has shown to be important in this regard.
It is often the click on a phishing e-mail that opens the gate to the company for attackers. It therefore increases security enormously if employees learn how to protect themselves against attacks in everyday digital life. Learn from best practice examples how you can raise your teams' awareness of IT security in the long term - and how e-learning and gamification help to firmly embed the new knowledge.
Our incident response experts report from the field: Which technical and organizational errors do they encounter most frequently that lead to the increased risk of an IT security incident? We present concrete examples and explain how to avoid the pitfalls with reasonable effort.
When we resolve IT security incidents, we often find that cybercriminals were able to prepare their attack in the network without being noticed - even though SIEM, SOC and co. were in use. Find out what challenges the practical implementation of these monitoring offerings entails. We report from our experience what is important to detect attacks - and to react before high damages occur.
