A dark forest. A little girl called "Käppchen". Her little red cap glows in the sun and makes her clearly visible. Vulnerable.
Not only wolves lurk in the forest, but many monsters and dangers. Her mother knows this and sends her off to get protection. She gets one thaler for it.
Oh dear, the poor little cap. How is she supposed to get real protection from all the dangers with so little money? She asks Hans Monitoring, Gretl Scanner and Heinrich Siem. All of them can only help her a little bit. She does not feel really safe with all of them.
