The Critical Entities Resilience Directive (CER Directive) 2022/2557 aims to support Member States in ensuring that critical entities are able to prevent, withstand, aborb and recover from disruptive incidents, including those caused by natural hazards, terrorism, insider threats, sabotage or public health emergencies. The Directive must be transposed into national law by 17 October 2024. Is the CER Directive itself the next regulatory disaster rolling towards companies from Brussels?
