With the transposition of the NIS 2 Directive into national law, the BSI will be responsible for significantly more companies as a supervisory authority in future through an amendment to the BSI Act.
With the NIS-2 Directive, the EU has set new standards for IT security. NIS-2 expands the circle of regulated companies and places high demands on their network and information security.
