NIS2 is coming – and with it a cybersecurity earthquake for companies: As the German NIS2 legislation comes into force, new, tough rules will apply to around 30,000 German companies – including 4,000-5,000 operators of critical infrastructure (KRITIS) and the German Energy Industry Act (EnWG).
