HowTo - Update employees on the online profile

How can I add employees to the online profile, make them product experts or remove them?

On the it-sa 365, every employee who is shown on the online profile also has a user profile and thus is part of the it-sa community.  The platform can be used free of charge as a registered user. Users have the opportunity to network with experts 365 days a year and communicate directly . They are also kept up to date with the latest news on all it-sa 365 topics.

Employees that you add using the SelfService tool must also register as users at it-sa 365. Employees and user profiles will then be automatically matched based on the email address provided and are then assigned to your company. To ensure correct matching, always use the private business e-mail address for your employees and product experts.  

Add new employees in the SelfService tool

You can add new employees within a company profile. To do this, open the Company profile.

  • Click on the "Employees" item in the tab navigation
  • Use the "Plus" icon to add a new employee. Enter the employee details in the data fields and upload a image. The image crop can be adjusted.
  • Update the online profile for your participation at it-sa 365: HowTo - Update online profile. With this step the new addes emploxee will be shown online.

Note: Employees are only visible on your online profile if they have also registered as a user on it-sa 365.
