The it-sa Expo&Congress is an established part of the annual industry calendar, and counts as a “class reunion” for the IT security community in Nuremberg. The previous event in the series drew 693 exhibitors*, many of whom booked for it-sa 2023 before the trade fair was even over. Between now and the next event on 10-12 October 2023, IT security providers have access to a wide range of other opportunities for participation using the it-sa 365 dialogue platform. With the theme of “Solutions – Networking – Knowledge”, it offers them attractive formats for company and product presentations and sharing knowledge, in addition to direct access to about 9,400 currently registered users. One of the high points of the it-sa 365 programme is just around the corner: On 7-8 March, IT security professionals will gather for two days of discussion on IT security topics of current interest.
The IT Security Talks are a way for it-sa to bring the IT security community together on it-sa 365 in March and again in May. Participants can look forward to two days at each event in which they can enjoy the latest specialist presentations, product information and an opportunity for virtual networking. “The it-sa team and I are looking forward to the programme of the next IT Security Talks, and to being able to welcome representatives of the IT security sector and IT security professionals to the dialogue again this year,” says Frank Venjakob, Executive Director it-sa, NürnbergMesse. In 2022, the participating companies, associations and organizations had the opportunity to learn about identifying and protecting against malware and ransomware, and also about social engineering, cyber insurance, standards, regulations and the latest legislation at a German and European level.

Providers can tailor their participation in the IT Security Talks to specific company requirements. For example, by contributing a presentation of their own to the IT Security Talks programme and thus generating qualified leads. A range of packages and additional services ensure a high level of flexibility: From the basic package offering an entry in the provider database to exclusive sponsoring to ensure maximum visibility. In addition, it-sa 365 offers attractive advertising formats on the platform, such as preparation of a white paper and the opportunity to appeal to a skilled workforce with job offers.
There are currently about 9,400 registered users on it-sa 365. They use the platform and its features to gain a market overview, to search for IT security know-how and new developments, and for networking. In addition to the IT Security Talks, other regular, subject-specific features are also available, as well as an exhibition overview in September, the it-sa Digital Preview Day. it-sa 365 is linked in this way with the it-sa Expo&Congress, thus filling the gap before the next fair on 10-12 October 2023, which means it-sa provides a home for the IT security community, both online and in person, 365 days a year.
