The future of MSPs: Using agentic AI to move from reactive support to predictable outcomes
The managed services business is evolving rapidly. Whereas Managed Service Providers (MSPs) traditionally focused on reacting to customer IT issues, they are now increasingly leveraging automation and agentic AI across key service areas such as Remote Monitoring & Management (RMM) and Security Operations. This enables them to predict and even prevent issues before they impact customer productivity. The result is better outcomes for more customers, without continuously increasing headcount. This session explores what is already possible today and what developments MSPs in the DACH market can expect in the future.
