Your tasks

• Consulting, development and implementation of complex Microsoft security environments
• Consulting with regard to the Microsoft security portfolio, especially Active Directory and Azure Active Directory
• Ongoing evaluation of new products and functions as well as creation of concepts and presentations
• 2nd and 3rd level support of customer environments in troubleshooting as well as the analysis and processing of incidents and changes
• Support of the sales department in PreSales

Your profile

• Completed training in IT systems integration, IT systems electronics or studies in technical informatics, business informatics or similar
• Several years of professional experience in the area of Microsoft & Security
• Experience in the design and operation of comprehensive Microsoft M365 Cloud Security and/or Intune solutions
• Experience with the Microsoft Cybersecurity Reference Architecture
• Certifications in the area of Microsoft & Security would be an advantage
• Strong communication skills and customer and service orientation
• Very good command of English
