JOB DESCRIPTION
We are looking for a (Senior) Account Manager to help us further expand our growth in the existing customer business. You are responsible for the support and expansion (up- and cross-selling) of the existing customer segment. You will be the first point of contact for our customers and ensure that they are dealt with quickly and professionally.
As a (Senior) Account Manager at Myra, you will implement sales activities in the existing customer business in a target and result-oriented, proactive and independent manner. You will solve our customers' problems and answer their questions while building very good relationships up to C-level.
YOUR TASKS
- You are the first point of contact for our customers and ensure that their needs are met
- You solve customer problems and answer customer enquiries quickly, purposefully and professionally and ensure that our customers are satisfied and use our products successfully.
- One focus of your work is up- and cross-selling. You will work closely with the sales and marketing team to identify new sales opportunities and develop existing customer relationships
- You proactively work to ensure that customers are aware of and use all our products and services
- You analyse customer needs and work closely with our customers to optimise the use of our products and services
- You help develop solutions that increase our customers' business success and ensure that our products meet their expectations
- You will work closely with other teams to ensure that our customers are successful and that our products meet the needs of the marketplace.
- You represent Myra professionally at trade shows & events to strengthen your network and win new opportunities
YOUR PROFILE

You have relevant experience as a (Senior) Account Manager (or similar) in B2B sales in the SaaS environment.
- You have at least 2 years of experience in the field of IT security
- You have excellent organisational and communication skills and always go the last mile for the customer
- You have experience with Quarterly Business Reviews (QBRs) and are able to increase sales in a continuous exchange with the customer.
- You find it easy to navigate a fast-changing environment with shifting priorities.
- You work out of our office in Munich and are willing to travel up to 20% of your working hours
- You speak fluent German and English
