IT System Administrator

For the Nuremberg location we are looking for

Tasks

Installation, configuration and commissioning of hardware and software in the client and server area
Administration of the network infrastructure (switches, firewall)
Support, maintenance and further development of the existing IT infrastructure
User support and assistance with technical issues
Introduction and planning of new IT systems and software
Documentation of the IT infrastructure, license management and various assets

Requirements

Experience with Windows (client and server) and Linux operating systems
Experience with Active Directory, Exchange, SQL
Experience with server room infrastructure (air conditioning, UPS, etc.)
Knowledge of networking (firewall, switch, vlan, wlan, IEEE 802.1X)
A high degree of initiative, commitment and reliability
Knowledge in the area of end-point security, ISO27001 and documentation
