What you bring with you

• You have a sound education as an IT specialist or comparable professional experience.
• Experience in IT security / cybersecurity, ideally as an IT system administrator, security manager or in a similar technical role.
• In-depth technical understanding of network infrastructures, firewalls and security systems.
• You are characterized by teamwork, personal responsibility and an eye for quality.
• You enjoy communicating effectively, both within the team and with our customers.

Your role with us
As a System Engineer, you are:

• The first point of contact for our customers: You assist with questions and problems in 1st and 2nd level support.
• The expert when it comes to IT security concepts, network administration and optimization of the IT infrastructure.
• An active part of our IT helpdesk team, always ready to analyze and solve problems.
