Technical Service Engineer (m/w/d)

Tasks

  • Reliable, expert handling of incoming customer inquiries regarding the NCP product portfolio via ticket system, mail & phone
  • technically demanding projects with existing customers in the area
  • 3rd level manufacturer service
  • national and international technical remote service
  • Collaboration on national and international projects

Requirements

  • Degree as IT specialist or a comparable university or technical education
  • Sound knowledge of networking and routing
  • Experience in dealing with current operating systems
  • Service- and customer-oriented thinking and acting with distinctive communication skills
  • communication skills, also in dealing with demanding customers
  • a structured, independent and transparent way of working with
  • pleasure in teamwork
  • ideally good German and good English skills, both written and spoken
